VIRTUAL: Story Slam

We've taken our story slam online! Please join us and MC Steve Almond, for a story slam with the theme "Hexed". Register here.

We just couldn't not have a story slam again, even if it can't be in person! We have once again teamed up with MC Steve Almond, and new guest author judges, Randy Susan Meyers, Virginia Pye, and Rachel Barenbaum, to bring you an evening of fun and enlightenment.

This one will be a bit different (aside from being online). All stories must still be original content, with a beginning, middle and end, but they do not have to be memorized. We strongly encourage you to practice, however. Stories should be approximately 5 minutes in length. We are looking for 10 storytellers.

There will not be a ticket fee, but we ask, if you are able, to please make a donation to keep this and our other events going.

If you are one of the first 25 people to sign up, make a donation to your favorite cause, and you can pick up a free, autographed copy of Steve Almond's Bad Stories!

We know this won't be the same, but we are hoping that it will be its own great experience. Hope you can make it!
