What is your deadline for orders to be delivered before Christmas?
Order deadline for Christmas deliveries is December 18th
Orders placed after December 19th will be filled as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee they will arrive in time for Christmas, even if you choose 2-Day Shipping. To be on the safe side, please place your order on or before December 18th.
Click "Add to Cart" next to or below the item you are viewing to add it your shopping cart. A summary of the number of items in your shopping cart and the total cost will appear below the Search field in the sidebar to the right. Clicking on the words "Shopping Cart" or the tiny arrow beside them will expand the view to include the titles of the items in your cart. Clicking again will return it to a summary view.
To view and edit any of the items in your cart, click "View Cart."
If you are ready to checkout, click the "Checkout" link in the sidebar or click on "View Cart" first, then click "Checkout" on the Shopping Cart page.
Please review the prices in your shopping cart to make sure they're correct before you proceed to Checkout.
You don't need to create a user account on Belmont Books to place an order, but it is strongly advised. A user account gives you greater ability to track and adjust your orders and makes it easier for Belmont Books to help you in the event of a problem or question.
If you have an account and are logged in, the checkout system will show your userid and current email address. If you are not logged in, please click on the "Click here to login" link to bring up your account information before proceeding.
If you do not have an account, you still must enter a valid email address. We can't place your order without it.
If you want to create a user account, you can also enter a password. If you prefer not to, just leave the password field blank.
If your billing address is the same as the shipping address, check the box next to "My billing information is the same as my delivery information." If not, please enter the billing information associated with the Paypal or credit card account you used for payment.
You must enter a telephone number. Some of the shipping companies will not ship your order without it. Some credit card companies require it. And, in the event there's an error in your email address, your phone number is the only way we will be able to contact you to clear up the mistake.

Calculate Shipping Cost
The shipping cost will automatically update when you select a particular shipping method. If it does not, you can use the "Click to calculate shipping" button to update it. Please see our Shipping information page for more details on the shipping options, costs and limitations.
Belmont Books accepts most major credit cards for payment. You have the option to save your credit card details to your account, if you want. If you choose to save them, you may edit or delete the information at any time through the Billing section of your User Account. If you choose not to save them, Belmont Books will discard your credit card information as soon as the transaction has been completed.
We regret that we can't offer Paypal as an option right now. Our distributor does not accept Paypal payments. Once we are able to fulfill orders through our Belmont store, we will be able to offer more payment options.
Please check the information carefully. This is your last chance to correct any errors before the order is placed. Make sure:
- The items, prices and total are correct;
- The shipping method and cost are correct;
- The delivery address and phone number are correct;
- The billing address and phone number are correct;
- The payment information is correct.
Once you click "Submit Order," your information will be sent for processing. If you chose Paypal as your payment method, you will be forwarded to the Paypal site to approve the payment. If you chose to pay by credit card, your card will be verified and, once the order is ready, charged the full amount of the purchase.
If your order is successful, you will be taken to a confirmation screen. You may print this screen for your records, but you will also receive a confirmation via email.
If your order fails, it may be that the payment information was entered incorrectly or is invalid. Try again with the corrected payment information or with a different payment method. If you are still unable to place your order, please contact us right away. We'll be happy to help you.
